Lou Kelly has returned to Lakes Country in Tahlequah. Lou started his career in 1981 at KXLS in Enid Oklahoma. He has worked in New Mexico as well as Oklahoma. Lou was at Lakes Country from 2012 to 2019, and now back home on the air in Tahlequah. Join Lou in the Morning Rush Show from 6 to 10am weekday mornings on Lakes Country 102.1 FM.

Lakes Country Workday Host. Jason Mathis was born into a ranching family in Central Florida. Jason began his radio career as an On-Air talent in 1996 hosting weekends before quickly moving on to the Drive Time Request Show and later the Morning Show at WZZS in Zolfo Springs, Florida. After college, Jason spent time at KCNI/KBBN Radio in Broken Bow, NE as News Director and Morning Show Host and KBEAR Country as a Sales Executive while continuing his other profession, Announcing Rodeos. Jason spends a majority of his weekends behind a microphone announcing events, producing rodeo events or his other calling, Auctioneering sales. It’s safe to say that Jason spends more time behind a microphone than he does at home. Jason lives between Peggs and Locust Grove and enjoys entertaining Lakes Country listeners on the Workday Show and will always make time to visit with them!

LAKES COUNTRY 102.1 Afternoon Personality.  Barry Diamond began his radio broadcasting career in Enid, Oklahoma on Feb. 23, 1982.  He received his degree in drafting in 1983 but loved music more and his part-time radio job turned into a career.  His passion, besides radio is Baseball.  How he became a Los Angeles Dodger’s fan is anyone’s guess growing up in Oklahoma.  He also enjoys his Honda Shadow 1100 motorcycle.  He is married to Cissy and they met through radio.  She listened to the radio and said I have to meet the guy on the other end of that voice.  October 21, 2017 they will have been married for 22-years.  Barry also has a step-son named Justin and a grandson named Parker.  Parker is “G-Pa’s”pride and joy.  They do lot’s of things together including playing catch with the baseball, monster trucks and “playing” race car.  Barry enjoys the Tahlequah area and hopes to be around this area for a long time.

BILLY COUNTRY MORNING DJ Ralph Lynch was born on a small dairy and poultry farm about mid-way between Springdale and Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He studied broadcasting at John Brown University, and started his radio career at KAMO in Rogers, Arkansas in 1961. Ralph married Evelyn McGinnis in 1963. Their son, Derrick is a Senior Pastor at Blue Valley Baptist Church in Overland Park, Kansas. Their daughter, Heather Head is a RN and is Clinical Coordinator in OR at Northeastern Health Systems in Tahlequah. In 1963, Ralph became a DJ at KSWM in Aurora, Missouri and later became the Sales Manager. In 1969, he transferred to KTLQ/KEOK as General Manager and in 1982, Evelyn and Ralph purchased KTLQ/KEOK. They sold them in 1988 and Ralph pursued a career as a licensed Insurance Agent. Back to the Tahlequah Stations in 1999, Ralph served as general manager until he retired May 1st, 2014. His fans welcomed him back as an announcer in 2015.
