Lakes Country Floatcast
Water levels are below floodstage on the Illinois River. On the area lakes, Lake Tenkiller is almost 20 feet above normal, Fort Gibson lake is over 20 feet above normal and Grand Lake is almost 10 feet above normal. If you do plan to go out on the water this Memorial Day weekend, Friday, Sunday & Monday would be the best days. Floating the river or cruising the lake looks good on Friday, with mostly cloudy skies & highs near 84. Severe t-storms are expected Saturday afternoon & evening. Sunday & Monday should be sunny, with highs near 80. Current river & lake levels are located further down this page.
