General Contest Rules for Lakes Country 102.1 (KEOK-FM)

 ·        Each contest participant must be a legal resident of the United States & possess a social security card

·        Contest winners and their immediate family members are only allowed to win once in a 30 day period (includes all contests including on-air, website, text, & social networks)

·        Winners must claim prizes within ten (10) business days (prizes not claimed in this time are null & void and become the property of Lakes Country 102.1)

·        It is the winners responsibility to pay any and all sales taxes on prizes claimed

·        Lakes Country 102.1 does not warrant or assume liability in any manner for contest prizes

·        Staff members of Lakes Country 102.1 and immediate family as well as members of other local media are ineligible to participate in Lakes Country 102.1 contests

·        Staff Members & family members of sponsors of specific contests are discouraged from entering contests at employers/family members business.  If family members of sponsors wish to participate, please do so at an alternate sponsor location.  If there is only one sponsor of said contest, staff members & family members of sponsor location are not eligible to participate or win.
