· Each contest participant must be a legal resident of the · Staff Members & family members of sponsors of specific contests are discouraged from contests at employers/family members business. If they wish to participate, please do so at an alternate sponsor. If there is only one sponsor of said contest, staff members & family members of sponsor location are not eligible. · Other rules and restrictions may apply to a specific contest
· Contest winners and their immediate family members are only allowed to win once per contest in a 30 day period
· Winners must claim prizes within five (5) business days (prizes not claimed in this time are null & void and become the property of Lakes Country Radio)
· It is the winners responsibility to pay any and all sales taxes on prizes claimed
· Lakes Country Radio does not warrant or assume liability in any manner for contest prizes
· Staff members of Lakes Country Radio and immediate family as well as members of other local media are ineligible to participate in Lakes Country Radio contests
· All contests are subject to change/end at any time at the discretion of Lakes Country Radio
